First things first I just found this place in Toledo when I was searching for a new place to eat. Didn't know that this place has been open for about a year. Went there because the pictures from Google review that I found look very tasty and flavorful. The butter that you see in the picture is salt pepper garlic Worcestershire sauce and lemon the combination is unreal for the French bread that comes out with it. The croquette we're amazing with bacon links potato and cheese with a sour cream dipping sauce. The capacho if I'm saying that right wasn't a fan because I don't like the taste of tomatoes. But the flavor was good. Head to Head dessert first cuz I knew I would not have room for dessert later. The carrot cake was spot-on with flavor texture and the cream cheese frosting was so delicious. To the music in the background the ambience of the room the stupendous staff that waited on us. Amazing check it out

We visited Marcel’s for a family birthday dinner, and overall it was a great experience. The space was a bit tight for our group, but the staff did a wonderful job accommodating everyone and making us feel comfortable. We enjoyed a full dining experience from appetizers all the way through dessert, and each course was thoughtfully prepared. The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and respectful of dietary restrictions, offering helpful suggestions throughout the evening. The wait time for food was a little long, but it was clear everything was freshly made to order and handled with care, which made it worth it. We did send the lamb chops back because they were a bit rare for our preference, but the staff and chef were very understanding and quickly returned them perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was relaxing with a great ambiance. I would say it is especially ideal for a date night, but it can definitely accommodate special celebrations as well.

It was a very good restaurant week experience, though we ordered off the usual menu. Presentation of the small house salad was the prettiest I have ever seen. The butternut squash ravioli was good and I needed a take home box. We were all impressed by the cardboard boxes instead of the common Styrofoam. One of my friends had the grouper and said it was excellent. I had the dark chocolate Panna Cotta. It was exquisite. My friends had the carrot cake which is a restaurant favorite. It's a small restaurant attached to a wine and beer bar. The prices are high, but the quality is gourmet.

From the moment we walked in the doors, the waitstaff was friendly, attentive, and invested in ensuring every detail was just right. It was the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. The stuffed mushrooms were extraordinary, bursting with flavor and beautifully balanced, each bite layered and satisfying without being heavy. The homemade tomato soup delivered a rich, deeply developed tomato profile that tasted vibrant and refined, showcasing careful preparation and quality ingredients. The carbonara was a harmonious blend of flavors with just the right amount of sauce to coat the pasta without overwhelming it. The meatloaf and potatoes offered a masterful twist on classic comfort food. It felt like an elevated homage to home cooking, familiar and nostalgic, yet clearly refined with culinary expertise. To conclude, the tiramisu was outstanding. It carried a bold espresso-forward flavor while remaining light, airy, and impeccably balanced, an elegant finish to an already remarkable meal. Great experience met there with my wine society. We had a great time Chef Marcel came out and said hi. Korean steak was delicious the French onion was amazing. Desserts were really good as well lots more we want to try on menu. We will be back.
